Constance Hyman

Praxis grew from a career spent working where people, systems and relationships have to move together. Constance's experience spans cross-sector partnership development, stakeholder engagement, university relations, operations, program execution and organizational change.

Her academic foundation in Industrial/Organizational Psychology informs a practical focus on how organizations align people, incentives, structure and execution around shared outcomes.

During the 2010 U.S. Census, Constance developed and activated more than 100 partnerships across a 13-county territory. The ecosystem included local, state, national and tribal government; corporations and small businesses; colleges and universities; schools; nonprofits; grassroots and community organizations; faith-based organizations; chambers; public institutions; media channels; and trusted community leaders.
