Stop asking the next step to answer the whole future
A decision can be useful without solving everything. The next step may simply be gathering information, having a conversation, trying something for thirty days or saying no to one option so you can create room for another.
Decide what you know right now
Write down what is clear, what is uncertain and what you are assuming. Separating facts from fears can reduce the feeling that every unknown carries equal weight.
Choose reversible decisions when possible
Not every choice is permanent. When uncertainty is high, choose experiments that produce information. A small commitment, trial period, conversation or new routine can teach you more than another month of thinking.
Use your values as a compass
When you cannot predict the outcome, you can still ask which option is more consistent with the person you want to be. Values do not remove uncertainty, but they can make a decision feel more grounded.
Let clarity grow through movement
Clarity is not always something you think your way into. Sometimes action reveals what fits, what does not and what you want more clearly than reflection alone.
Reset. Reconnect. Get clear.
